Three Daredevils

My neighbor asked me to take pictures of her two boys and their cousin riding their motorcycles. They have made an area at the back of their yard that they call "The Pit". It has jumps and areas that they can ride and do tricks. The different jumps even had names like "Table Top". These boys were truly amazing. I was so impressed at what they could do and how brave they were! I had so much fun taking their pictures!

I love this one because he wanted to do the jump and lift his leg up. I'm not really sure what that means but it looks cool! This daredevil is also one of my piano students, and one of the sweetest most mild mannered boys I know! It was fun to see a different side of him while he rode his motorcycle.

And here they are at the end. These boys are ages 8, 12, and 10. I could picture my three boys out there in a few years doing the very same thing! Although, I don't think I would be able to watch. It would make me too nervous! Their Mom's told me it is hard for them to watch, for fear that the boys will get hurt, and so they rarely do.

Stucki Family

I am so happy I was able to take pictures of this wonderful family over the weekend. They were somehow able to fit family pictures in between a family reunion and a funeral. It is a rare thing for all of their children to be in town at the same time so I am glad we could make it work!

I

I find it totally unfair that one family could have so many beautiful women in it! I think they could all be hair models with their gorgeous blonde hair.

Jason and Jessica Bridals

Jason and Jessica are getting married next week and wanted to take bridals before the wedding day. I always thing this is a great idea because it takes a lot of pressure off of the wedding day, and you can do it in better lighting conditions! If you have been to the Idaho Falls Temple lately then you know that the temple grounds are completely torn apart. There is one little section of grass on the North side of the Temple and that is it! It required some creativity to get pictures done there. Some of them, as you will see, have dirt in the background, but that was really our only option. Plus I wanted this cute couple to remember what the temple looked like when they got married.

Jessica knew of this spot that I had never thought to do pictures at before and I love the view of the Snake River and the Temple in the background...

I love my garage...

I love taking pictures in my garage. I get the best light in the afternoons because my house faces north. I just open the garage door and make sure I am aiming my camera towards the floor so I don't get any mess behind the subject. I simply had my cute niece lean against a stool and snapped a couple of pictures this afternoon. If you have a garage try it out!

Dylan- Newborn Pictures

Meet baby Dylan. He is 9lbs of pure sweetness. He did not really want to sleep, be uncovered, or be moved around much but it was so much fun to spend some time with him. It made me sad that my baby is getting so big. They don't stay little for very long!

Travis and Stephanie Engagement

My Mom and I were able to team-shoot the engagement pictures for my cousin and his cute fiance Stephanie. It was so much fun to be there with my Mom. I love this bridge (although I am glad I didn't have to walk out on it and look down) and thought it made a great backdrop for pictures.

I used this same location a few nights ago for family pictures and so I was really surprised that it was flooded. It made for an adventure to try to get where we needed to go for the pictures.

We are so happy for the two of you and can't wait for the wedding in September!
