Filling the Time

I really miss taking pictures outside during the winter so I have to find ways to keep it exciting. I have been having fun using the natural light from the windows in my house. Good thing my kids are willing to pose for me (sometimes)!

A Big Thanks!

I would like to give a big THANKS to everyone that has hired me to take their pictures in 2009. I have learned a lot this year and met some great new people! I am making a few changes in 2010.

Starting this year, you can purchase an unlimited number of professional prints through me. Before you could only print from the 10 edited pictures that you got with your sitting fee. Now, you can print from any of the edited pictures that I post for you to view. You will still receive a cd and copyright release for 10 edited pictures on a family sitting, but now you can print from any of the ones I edit. The print prices are listed on the side of my blog.

Also, I have added the large group option in my sitting fee section. I have found that a lot of families want to do a large family picture (with 10 or more people) and then smaller break-off groups. The sitting fee for this will be $200 dollars. I will do any poses and groupings that you want. You will be able to purchase prints from any of the photos that I edit and you will also receive a cd with 20 edited pictures.

I am looking forward to a great 2010. The mini sessions worked out so great this Christmas that I am planning on doing mini sessions for Easter and again in the fall for school pictures so watch for more information in the spring! I am also available to do pictures in the winter using studio equipment in my home, lighting in your home or location of your choice, or outdoors (for those that are not afraid of the Idaho weather)!

Sewell Family

This wonderful family asked me to take their pictures before Christmas. Mrs. Sewell was my Geography teacher in High School and she was as as nice as I remember her being.

Each family also wanted pictures. Luckily we were close to the little museum in Iona, which made for a great backdrop!

The Hall Family

My Brother-in-Law's family asked me to take their picture on their farm the day after Christmas. It was so cold that day so we had to make it quick. This is the nicest family and they are always so great to let us bring the kids to see the hundreds of cows that they have on their farm.
